Apex Capital Partners is a boutique investment advisory firm with over 30 years of experience in investment migration, alternative investments, corporate services, and government advisory. Founded in 1993 by Nuri Katz, what began as a specialized advisory practice has grown into a global firm serving high-net-worth individuals, families, institutions, and sovereign governments.

We hold official authorizations and licenses across 14+ jurisdictions, giving our clients genuine choice and expert guidance across the full spectrum of investment migration programs. For clients establishing or operating businesses across borders, we provide corporate services covering company formation, licensing and compliance, due diligence, and ongoing corporate administration across multiple jurisdictions.

On the government side, we partner directly with sovereign governments to design, implement, and optimize their own citizenship and residency investment programs, drawing on three decades of program design and policy consulting experience.

Meet Our Team

Our firm is led by founder and President Nuri Katz, a recognized figure in investor immigration and residency planning with over 30 years in the industry. He is a licensed member of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC) and is licensed by the Nevis Financial Services Regulatory Commission as a registered agent for International Business Companies. His advisory work has been sought by multiple governments, including Canada, Antigua & Barbuda, Cyprus, and Malta, on the development and refinement of their citizenship, immigration, and tax residency laws.

Our leadership team includes Ivan Petrovic, Managing Partner for Montenegro, who leads our European operations and regional expansion, Larissa Pitersky, Chief Financial Officer, overseeing financial operations across our global offices, Lucina Bruno, Vice President for the Caribbean Region, and Nicole Hadeed, Caribbean Director, who together manage our Caribbean CBI relationships and day-to-day client services in the region. Dan Brotman serves as Vice President of Business Development, and Corinne Frankel leads our global marketing initiatives as Director of Marketing.

In total, our team includes more than 50 professionals across 8 offices worldwide.

Our Credentials

We hold official licenses, authorizations, and government appointments across 14+ jurisdictions worldwide, and we are authorized agents for citizenship and residency programs in Antigua & Barbuda, St Kitts & Nevis, Grenada, Dominica, Saint Lucia, Vanuatu, and Türkiye, confirmed independently against the official Antigua & Barbuda CIP licensed agents list.

Our government advisory credentials include direct consulting relationships with the governments of Nevis on iGaming licensing, Anguilla on investment migration, and Montenegro on CBI program support, where we are one of three government-licensed agencies for the country's Citizenship Program.
Nuri Katz's regulatory standing is independently confirmed on the Nevis Financial Services Regulatory Commission's public list of regulated entities, where he is named as Manager of Apex Capital.
