About Us

Arton Capital is a global financial advisory firm specializing in residence and citizenship by investment, helping individuals and families become Global Citizens. Founded in 2006 and headquartered in Montreal, Canada, we have built a presence across 17 locations worldwide and helped attract more than US$4 billion in foreign direct investment to partner countries over the past five years.

We are part of the Arton Group, which includes fully licensed international banking, financial advisory, and investment consulting entities built around the needs of global citizens. We are also the founding member of the Global Investor Immigration Council (GIIC), an organization established to promote best practices and responsible governance across the investment migration industry, and we founded the Global Citizen Forum, a non-profit community of leaders focused on the responsible and sustainable future of global citizenship.

Our work spans advising governments on designing and running investor programs, supporting legal and financial professionals through our Certified Partner network, and guiding investors directly through the process of obtaining a second residence or citizenship.

Our Services

We help high net worth individuals and families select and complete the residence and citizenship by investment program that best fits their goals, whether that priority is mobility, quality of life, security, succession planning, or access to better healthcare and education for their family. We have guided more than 2,000 individuals and families through this process over the past five years.

We work alongside a global network of Certified Partners, who are assigned to build client files and walk investors through each stage of the process, supported by our own relationship managers and a bespoke array of banking, accounting, legal, and tax advisory services.

To help investors compare options, we built a set of proprietary tools, including the Arton Index, which benchmarks programs against one another, and Program Match, which shortlists programs based on an investor's specific goals. Clients working with us also receive a subscription to Global Citizen magazine and access to the Global Citizen Forum, our flagship annual conference on global citizenship.

We also work directly with government agencies to design, develop, and implement residence and citizenship by investment programs intended to attract foreign investment.

Meet Our Team

Arton Capital is led by founder and President Armand Arton, who has spent close to two decades shaping the global citizenship industry from the ground up. His leadership team brings together deep regulatory and financial expertise, including Vladimir Kolev as Chief Compliance Officer, Rizwan Chowdhury as Group Chief Financial Officer, and Antoine Chawbah as Legal Director. Rounding out the leadership group are Jaclyn Grima, Human Resources Director, Radost Ivanova, Head of Processing, George Eid, Head of Global Sales and Senior Vice President, and Emil Shahmooradian, Vice President of Business Development.

This leadership is backed by teams on the ground across Beijing, Beirut, Budapest, Dubai, Ho Chi Minh City, Istanbul, Montreal, Saint John's, Singapore, Sofia, and Vietnam, giving clients a local point of contact wherever they happen to be in the world. Every member of our team works toward the same five principles: integrity, innovation, results, client first, and global stewardship, values that shape how we advise clients on a decision as significant as a second citizenship.

We hold a strategic advisory role with the governments of Canada (Quebec), Bulgaria, Cyprus, Montenegro, Hungary, Anguilla, Antigua & Barbuda, Saint Lucia, and Armenia, and we are an approved marketing or authorized agent for Bulgaria, Cyprus, Montenegro, Dominica, Grenada, Saint Lucia, St Kitts & Nevis, and Armenia. We also serve as an approved financial intermediary for both Hungary and Canada's Quebec Immigrant Investor Program, a status we've held since our founding. These affiliations are publicly listed on the respective government agency websites, so clients never have to take our word for it.
