We advise on citizenship and residency by investment programs across the Caribbean, Europe, the Middle East, and the Pacific, and we pair that advisory work with direct access to real estate inventory in 11 countries, much of it tied to qualifying investment routes. Our Services

We provide full support through citizenship and residency by investment applications, starting with an internal eligibility review to flag risk before a client commits to a program, then carrying through investment structuring, document preparation, application submission, and government liaison until approval. Our advisory work spans programs across the Caribbean, Europe, the Middle East, and the Pacific.

Real estate sits alongside our immigration advisory work rather than as a separate referral. We source and manage property in 11 countries, much of it eligible toward a residency or citizenship investment threshold, and our in-house property team handles selection, viewings, and post-purchase management. We also offer white-glove relocation support in select countries, covering airport meet-and-greet, banking setup, school search, and day-to-day integration once a client actually arrives.

We hold documented government authorization across nine citizenship by investment programs: St. Kitts and Nevis, Grenada, Antigua and Barbuda, Dominica, Saint Lucia, São Tomé and Príncipe, Nauru, Vanuatu, and El Salvador. Our attorneys are also licensed members of the Athens Bar Association, authorized to provide legal services in Greece, including real estate acquisitions and residence permit applications.
