JH Marlin Global launched in 2017 with a simple goal, making global mobility clear, compliant, and client-first from the start. Two years later the firm extended its work into additional Caribbean citizenship programs, and by 2021 that growth carried over into Europe, adding residency and global mobility support across the continent. By 2024 the firm was supporting more than 25 programs across the Caribbean, Europe, and beyond, a expansion built one region at a time rather than all at once.

That growth has stayed anchored to a few core beliefs. Compliance gets engineered into the process from day one rather than added on afterward. Security and confidentiality stay non-negotiable. Every decision gets backed by real data across jurisdictions, and clients deserve clarity on timelines, costs, and outcomes rather than vague reassurance. Local expertise paired with global systems is what makes the whole thing work in practice.

Jennifer Harding-Marlin founded the firm and leads it today as both attorney and Marketing Platform Director, overseeing client casework while also driving the platform's growth into new markets and programs. Outside the office, she's a five-time World Championship swimmer for St. Kitts and Nevis and a licensed pilot with operational experience across the Caribbean, two pursuits that bring the same discipline to her downtime that she brings to her clients' cases.
