Citizenship by investment has been our focus for nearly a decade, starting as a small mobility practice in Nevis and growing into a platform that now coordinates programs across the Caribbean, Europe, and beyond. Our founder, Jennifer Harding-Marlin, brings a background in corporate law and investment funds across the Cayman Islands, the Bahamas, and Nevis, and that experience comes in handy constantly, offshore structures and cross-border regulatory questions are the everyday reality of CBI and RBI work, not the exception.
We started the firm in 2017, and these days we split our time between the legal work itself and growing the platform into new markets and programs. Being based in Nevis, rather than running things from somewhere else entirely, means we’re in regular, direct contact with the Citizenship by Investment Unit. It’s a small thing on paper, but our clients tell us again and again that it makes a real difference compared to working with an agent who’s never actually there.
