Jeffrey Henseler founded Passport Legacy in 2018, leading the firm from our Dubai head office as Chairman. He came up through hands-on experience in Zurich, Cape Town, and Dubai rather than formal study, which shows in how the firm operates, less theory, more direct work with governments and clients.

Daniel Duric, our CEO, spent years in private banking in Switzerland advising high-net-worth families across Southeast Asia and the Middle East before joining Passport Legacy. That background matters for clients whose citizenship or residency decisions are tangled up with broader wealth planning questions, since Daniel has already sat across the table from people facing exactly that kind of complexity. Benjamin Eisenring, our COO, oversees a team of more than 50 people handling casework day to day, which means client files move through compliance and processing without bottlenecking at the top.

Regionally, Jose Charo leads our Middle East and Africa operations, and Brendon Wong advises private clients out of Singapore after six years inside Singapore's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, government experience that translates directly into knowing how applications actually move once they land on an official's desk. Between our Dubai head office and ten offices worldwide, clients get someone who understands both their region and the government side of the process.
