About Us

Vancis Capital is a European boutique residency and citizenship by investment consultancy headquartered in Dublin, Ireland. We work with government bodies, regulatory agencies, and due diligence institutions to provide investment migration services to clients across the globe.

Starting with a consultation, our advisory team evaluates each client’s goals and requirements and offers solutions from our portfolio of residency and citizenship programs to suit their needs. We screen every client using the London Stock Exchange Group’s Refinitiv platform to identify potential challenges arising from background, media, or political exposure, and we guide clients through every stage of the process, from initial assessment through to the successful delivery of their certificate of naturalization, passport, golden visa, or permanent residency card.

Founded in 2017, Vancis Capital grew out of our co-founders’ own experience holding multiple citizenships, and we have since helped hundreds of individuals and families obtain a new citizenship. Our team holds more than 50 years of combined industry experience, with extensive networks spanning government bodies, authorized banking partners, and due diligence institutions. Global Residence Index operates as a sister brand under the same group following a milestone merger in 2024, with shared offices, staff, and operations across our locations in Miami, Dublin, Lisbon, Dubai, and Cebu.

Our Services

We help clients secure a second citizenship or residency through investment, drawing on a portfolio that spans the Caribbean, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Every engagement starts with a free consultation, where an advisor gets a real sense of what a client actually needs, more mobility, a tax-efficient base, a backup plan for the family, and matches that against the right program rather than the most popular one.

From there, things move quickly. Our due diligence team can confirm eligibility within a single working day, and our processing team works alongside clients for two to four weeks to pull together a complete application, handling the paperwork so nothing slows things down later. Government review is the longest stretch, typically three months or more, but once approval comes through, clients have up to ninety days to finalize their investment. A new passport or citizenship certificate usually lands in our office within four weeks of that final payment, ready to hand over in person or send wherever the client happens to be.

Meet Our Team

Vancis Capital was founded by Dwayne Chauhan, who continues to lead the firm as Group CEO and steered the 2024 merger that brought Global Residence Index into the fold. Alongside him is Mark Damsgaard, the founder of Global Residence Index, who now serves as Chief Marketing Officer.

The rest of our leadership brings a mix of operational depth and client-facing expertise, Sandeep Nair as Partner and Chief Operating Officer, Ziyaad Byat as Partner and Private Client Director, Sebastian Grube leading brand and events, and Alexa Mena driving growth.

Our Credentials

We are government-authorized agents for several of the citizenship by investment programs we work with, including Vanuatu, where we hold designated agent status directly with the Vanuatu government. For other programs in our portfolio, we work through government-delegated providers rather than holding direct authorization ourselves.

We screen every client through the London Stock Exchange Group's Refinitiv platform, checking for background issues, adverse media, and political exposure before any application moves forward, and our own internal due diligence process confirms a client's eligibility within a single working day.
