About Us

At Online Taxman, we focus on U.S. tax for Americans living abroad and entrepreneurs running U.S. businesses from outside the country. Over the past 15 years, we’ve filed more than 25,000 returns and worked with clients in over 180 countries.

Our work is shaped by the reality of cross-border life. Many of us have lived internationally, so we understand the practical challenges that come with managing U.S. tax across different systems, currencies, and timelines.

We built this practice around a single focus. That allows us to spend less time explaining basic rules and more time helping clients understand how those rules apply to their situation.

Our Services

We prepare and manage U.S. tax filings for expats, including ongoing returns, late filings, and cases involving prior errors. A large part of our work involves helping clients get current with the IRS and move forward with a clean position.

For entrepreneurs, we support U.S. company setup and ongoing compliance, along with reporting for U.S.-owned foreign entities. This includes working through how income is treated across jurisdictions and how to manage obligations tied to international operations.

We also guide clients through decisions tied to living abroad, including how foreign income, credits, and reporting requirements affect their overall tax position.

Meet Our Team

Our team is made up of people who have actually lived the expat experience. We have worked across five continents, speak 13 languages, and support clients in more than 180 countries.

You’ll work with professionals like Nelle Fallon, who has spent over 15 years supporting expats globally, Viktor Krig, who leads our incorporations team after years living across Europe and South America, and Florencia Staffa, who joined from the Big 4 and is based in Argentina. Team members like Tony Jhang bring a nomadic background, with experience living and working across Asia.

Across the wider team of over 50 professionals, we bring together different perspectives shaped by relocation, entrepreneurship, and international careers. That mix shows up in how we approach each client situation.

Our Credentials

Our team includes Certified Public Accountants, Enrolled Agents, and Chartered Accountants, with many members having started their careers in Big 4 firms before focusing on international U.S. tax.

We have been recognized within the expat and mobility space, including being highly commended in The Americas EMMAs Expatriate Management & Mobility Awards 2025.

We also contribute to ongoing education through tax guides, articles, and resources designed for Americans living abroad, helping clients stay informed as rules and reporting requirements change.
