A Registered Agent, Inc., also known as Delaware Corporate Headquarters, has been helping entrepreneurs and established companies set up shop in Delaware for over 25 years. What began as a one-person operation out of a private home has grown into a trusted local firm supporting more than 50,000 businesses, both domestic and international, from our own building “On the Green” in Dover, just a few blocks from the Delaware Division of Corporations.

Our Services

We offer a complete suite of Delaware business formation and maintenance services designed to carry a company from day one through its entire lifespan. Our core offering is our $49/year Registered Agent Service, which includes use of our Dover address on public records, a secure online account for state notices, renewal reminders, lifetime access to our legal forms library, and three free pieces of regular mail per year. For those ready to form an entity, we file Delaware LLCs for $204 total ($110 state fee, $45 formation fee, $49 registered agent) and Delaware Corporations for $203 total (plus share-based state fees), with same-day online filing.

Beyond formation, we provide ongoing support to keep businesses in good standing: annual report and franchise tax filings, Certificates of Good Standing, foreign qualification in other states, DBA registration, BOI reporting, corporate book and seal preparation, and reinstatement services for lapsed entities. We also serve non-U.S. residents who want to establish a Delaware company, a specialty that represents a meaningful portion of our client base.

Because we own our building in Dover, we are able to offer services most competitors cannot: Mail Scanning packages from $49/year, Virtual Office service at $19/month (with unlimited scans, unique suite number, VoIP phone service, and a month-to-month office lease), and a free Delaware Business Identity package with registered agent service that includes a website, SSL security, domain name, business email, and virtual phone number.
